Jerry Myette

Born: Mission Hills, CA
Position(s): SS
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:4,000,000

My Scouts never saw this youngster and thats what a 2 million dollar college scout budget will buy you.Thats too bad for me because he's a 5 tool player with lots of room to grow. Jerry "The Machette" Myette may be hampered by an occasional injury along the way.
#2

Mark McCartney
New Britain
Bruins
Age: 18B/T: R/R
Born: Racine, WI
Position(s): 2B
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,910,000

Mark "Wings" McCartney doesn't need Red Bull to make balls fly. He just needs a pretty girl or a Louisville Slugger. This future Center Fielder will be a great all around  player with speed. He will murder lefties and hit his share of homers. This Bear will Fly to the top of the MVP list in 3-4 years.

#3

Grant Ventura
Nashville
Posse
Age: 18B/T: R/R
Born: New York, NY
Position(s): P (SP2)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,820,000

I had Grant "Me this Favor" Ventura ranked #3 on my board and thats where he went. With good control, splits and 2 pitches, he should be a solid pitcher in the bigs.Grant me a favor may be best as a #5 or long relief with his low stamina. Still a nice pickup by the Posse.
#4

Louis Ramirez
Charlotte
Sometimes
Age: 22B/T: S/L
Born: E Providence, RI
Position(s): CF
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,720,000

Louis Ramirez is projected to be a Gold Glove CF'er who will hit lefties well. Sprinkle in a occasional Homer and 20-30 stolen bases and you have a great pick at #4.The only question will be " Can he reach his projections"? Charlotte may need to max out the training budget and hire some great coachs. He was not scouted by my guys.
#5

Roy Cousins
Pittsburgh
Pirates
Age: 20B/T: R/R
Born: Milton, FL
Position(s): SS
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,630,000

Seeing how Roy "Kissing" Cousins was a JC prospect. He was, of course, not scouted by my lowly college budget. From what I can see of his projections he will be a great defensive SS and will bash lefties off the mound. Could be a superstar player some day, if all goes well.

Robinson Glover
Chicago
Black Sox
Age: 19B/T: L/L
Born: Covelo, CA
Position(s): P (T2A)

SIGNING BONUS:3,440,000

Another College player in this years draft. Robinson "Crispy" Glover has great control  and velocity with 3 good pitches. But he may be toast with his projected low splits. He will however burn a few hitters along the way. He was also ignored by my scouts.
#8

Ronald Carter
Syracuse
Moose
Age: 19B/T: R/R
Born: Melrose Park, IL
Position(s): C/1B/LF/DH
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,350,000

This was one of the few College players scouted by my guys and I had him ranked #2 on my board. I sure wanted him but he was taken by that thieven Rugby and his Moose crew.Ronald "Goodbye" Carter will not be welcomed back to many ballparks after he sends a few taters into the bleachers. He will be a big Moose among Meese tho.
#9

James Wainhouse
Boston
Knights
Age: 19B/T: R/R
Born: Tulsa, OK
Position(s): P (SuA)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:3,250,000

James "Don't call me Amy" Wainhouse Doesn't like to wear outragoues clothes and stays home all night. In fact he has ordered a new set traditional Armour for his Knights debut.Don't call me Amy Wainhouse has great control, splits and 3 good pitches. This prospect will be a great addition to the Boston bullpen in 2-3 years and a model Knight.

#11

Damaso Gardel
Austin
City Limits
Age: 18B/T: S/R
Born: Norwood, OH
Position(s): 1B
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS: 4,145,000

Damaso "On" Gardel will pull out his sabre and carve out the hearts of many a pitcher. With max power and great contact and eye he will be among the leaders in homers year after year.He may be best when rested against righties but will not be embarassed by them.On Gardel will boot several grounders at 1st base but his hitting will make up for it.
#12

Odalis Colome
Vancouver
Totems
Age: 18B/T: R/R
Born: Mount Pleasant, TX
Position(s): P (SP5)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:2,970,000

My scouts ...Suck!! My scouts projected Odalis Colome as a 81 overall with great splits and 4 good pitches . But after he signed he projected at 73 with lousey splits.....UGGHH! Odalis "I got poked in the" Colome will have me walking funny for a few days.
#13

Wayne Howard
Tampa Bay
Stars
Age: 18B/T: S/L
Born: Middletown, CA
Position(s): 1B/DH
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:2,880,000

Wayne "Gacy" Howard will murder righties and bury them under his house. He will look like a Clown at 1st base trying to field grounders. But he will be pure evil at the dish with a max RH split and great contact and eye.He eluded my scouts.
#14

Graham Ramsay
Durham
BullShippers
Age: 18B/T: L/L
Born: Greenwich, CT
Position(s): P (ClA)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:2,790,000

Graham  Ramsay was ranked #23 on my board due to his low RH split. But now that my advanced scouts have a better view of him I should have ranked him higher. While he still has a low RH split he does have great control, LH split, and a smoking four seam fastball. He will be a great LH specialist for the Durham Bullshippers Bullpen..
#15

Charlie Wyatt
Cincinnati
Red Light District
Age: 21B/T: S/L
Born: Montgomery, AL
Position(s): P (SP4)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:2,690,000

Charlie "Horse" Wyatt will be a solid big league pitcher some day.He has great control and splits with a good fastball. His stamina is a little low and this may make him a bullpen innings eater. Charlie Horse will keep his team close when a starter fails or fill in as a #5 SP if needed. To reach projections he will need max training and great minor league coaching.
#16

Dioner Redondo
Louisville
Howlers
Age: 18B/T: L/L
Born: Mount Sterling, IL
Position(s): P (SP4)
View Hardball Dynasty Profile

SIGNING BONUS:2,600,000

Dioner "redux" Redondo has good control ,splits and 3 good pitches. But with a health projection in the 40's he may need to be resuscitated every once in awhile and make a few comebacks in his career. The Howlers will have to be patient enough to limit his innings to end up with a good player.Handle with care!
