TRADES
The AUSTIN CITY LIMITS traded Jung Kim to the PITTSBURGH PIRATES for Jeremie Moore , John Ishikawa and Lyle Alexander
Ard continues to give his team a chance to win his division and get them to the post-season. He traded for a veteran starter that has 222 career wins. Wylie gets 3 prospects and frees up 8 million in cap space. Great trade for both teams.

The ARIZONA COBRAS traded Adam Green to the LOUISVILLE REDTAILS for Jorge Guerrero
Jmuhtoff is in a playoff race with Pittsburgh and Richmond.  He traded for a DH that could hit some if he gets a big league promotion. ???  Swish is another owner who continues to build a future contender. He acquired a nice catching prospect that will be a future mainstay at the backstop in Arizona. 

The LOUISVILLE REDTAILS traded R.J. Roque to the JACKSON BLACK BEARS for Jerry James
I looked at this trade and scratched my head. Has Jmuhtoff thrown in the towel even though his team is 2 games out of the division title(as of this writing). Maybe he figures even if he gets in the post-season he will lose in the first round, and might as well make some moves for next year. I'm just throwing stuff out there and guessing. But I do know that Jackson picked up a serious power bat for the playoffs. A final note, Jmuhtoff was probably gonna lose Roque to free agency so he may have figured to get something for him...

The ARIZONA COBRAS traded Ed Corbin to the LOUISVILLE REDTAILS for Jeffrey Moreno and 100,000
Swish continues to pick up good players on the cheap. This is the second time he has traded away Corbin for a player. Last time he picked up Jimmie Sanchez for him.....Nice! Jmuhtoff's team gets younger.

M L INJURIES
Harry Padilla
Harry "I" Padilla lasted 18 days before he went on the DL again. This time it was only 2 weeks with a strained hammy. Ihateunc is trying to get the bugs out of his new I-Padilla. 


Damaso Gardel
Damaso "National" Gardel will miss 2 weeks with a sore shoulder. With 53 homers the entire country is talking MVP!


Ezequiel Pinzon
Ezequiel "It's better to be pissed off than" Pinzon was put on the 60 DL even though it's a 2 week injury. Who's getting pissed on, Pizon or Mdymond???


Hooks Giovanola
Hooks "Line and Sinker" Giovanola is out the rest of the year and the post-season with a ankle bruise. This may Sink the Blitz's hopes of a World Series Ring. 

Jumbo Smith
Jumbo "Jet" Smith will be out 2 weeks with a strained shoulder. Dmann will want to patch Jumbo's wing and get him back ...IF....he makes the playoffs.
